Great option for a few days relaxing escape

Spacious, comfortable and very clean room, with great view even for the room not facing the sea. Very friendly staff and a very good and reasonably priced restaurant. We liked the location outside the town and far from the crowds.

The access is by a straight road which gets easily congested when traffic gets a bit busier.

Would recommend this place for sure if you wanted to visit Nazaré and wanted to be a little out of the way of the hustle

It was a little far from the beach but there was a shuttle service provided.

Good hotel but location a bit disappointing

The breakfast choice was very good and always a good choice of buffet evening meal. The hotel and room was clean and had excellent views over Nazare and the coast.

The only disappointment was the distance to the town and beach which I should have checked more carefully myself. It is at least a 30 minute walk to the town centre and more to return because of the hills, so really means driving there.

Very Good

Some of the staff was very helpful. The view was unbelievable special at night time.

Not a real hotel for a family holiday. They don't have enough food for kids. The pizzas aren't great. A 4 star doesn't even have chicken nuggets for the kids at this time is a joke. And I did ask at the second day on the reception for things like and nothing was done about it

It was a very nice and we would repeat it if we ever come back to Nazaré

The Hotel Personal was at all times pleasant, competent and helpful. The swimming pool inside and outside was perfect for our child to play and for us.

During our stay there was a big group of youngsters (semana da juventude) which arrived late (after23:00) and the noise noticeable.

Great family holidays

We liked everything in general. Was a very good family holidays. The pool was great.

All was good I would say more options in the dinner buffet would be good. Also a lot of sand inside the pool, people were not the best to shower before going in. The jacuzzi was amazing.

Beautiful views over the beach area and village. Lovely pool although a little cold for us.

A good 25-30 min walk down the hill to the village which was a little too far for most people as it was quite steep in some parts and no paths for the first half.
